SERVICES

BalCAN Recruitment & Mobility Inc. has all the necessary tools to recruit specialized workers for Canadian companies that have difficulty hiring experienced workers. In addition, we accompany and facilitate the integration of these foreign workers, regardless of their origin and destination.

The candidates we select are excellent employees who are committed to settling in Canada. They help alleviate labour shortages, especially in your organization and in Canada as a whole. For these employees, Canada is a wise choice because of the quality of life.

Our strength lies in the recruitment and selection of qualified professionals, skilled trades personnel and talent for low-skilled positions.

SELECTION OF CANDIDATES

We work in close collaboration with recruiters to propose the best candidates according to your needs. We post the description of available positions on our specialized sites and on foreign media. We also do the pre-selection of candidates, pre-qualification and selection of resumes to be submitted to you, as well as providing assistance and advice for the preparation of interviews to the selected candidates.

FRANCOPHONE MOBILITY - EMPLOYER

Francophone mobility is designed to facilitate the process for Francophone candidates whose workplace will be located in a province or territory outside of Quebec. This component of the PMI allows an exemption from the LMIA for French-speaking temporary workers.

To participate, you must be employed in a Class 0 management (executive), Class A professional or Class B technical occupation in the National Occupational Classification (NOC). If you are a Canadian employer or business owner looking for French speaking candidates, this program is very beneficial for you and your company. Contact us for coaching and access to a wide range of candidates from our database.

Labour Market Impact Study (LMIS)

Unless exempted, any Canadian employer wishing to hire a foreign worker must request a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMI). This is a document that an employer must obtain from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) before hiring a foreign worker. Obtaining a positive or neutral LMIA demonstrates that there is a need to hire a foreign worker to fill the position. It also demonstrates that there are no Canadian workers available to fill the position, thus opening the door to international recruitment.

We offer a solution to your labor shortage problem, contact us to find out what options are available to you. Whether it's a Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) permit to hire foreign workers under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) or the International Mobility Program (IMP), we have the right solution for you through our global network of partner agencies and recruitment professionals. The Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) permit is a permit exclusively linked to the employer who hires the worker. The hired candidate can only work for the employer who hires him/her with this closed work permit (linked to the employer) for the determined period.
